This online selling business was established on 04/01/2014 and is managed by Eve-Amandine LELOUP. It is registered in the Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises (BCE) under the number 0548.642.589 (VAT number BE0548.642.589). The headquarters of this business is located at Rue Georges Dispa, No. 7, 4520 Wanze (Belgium). Any questions regarding these Terms and Conditions (T &Cs) of sales, procedures for ordering / delivery or after-sales service may be sent by mail to the above address, or by email (email@example.com), or by phone at +32 (0) 485/62.47.92 according to the schedule indicated on the site. We are committed to responding to your inquiries as soon as possible and within a maximum of 3 working days (excluding statutory holiday periods and annual closures, which are clearly indicated on the site).
"User" means any person who uses the site either through simple navigation or by submitting an order. The user who submits an order and has concluded a purchase on the site is deemed to be an adult and is responsible for the purchase. "Buyer" means any person who has submitted an order on the site.
3. Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions of sale are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties (the seller and the purchaser) under distance selling on the www.tipiyou.com e-commerce site
These T&Cs are the only ones applicable, unless there is written consent by Tipiyou prior to the sales contract. They are considered to be implicitly accepted by the site user. They may be amended at any time by Tipiyou. The amendments will be binding upon being posted on the site, with the exception of orders which were placed prior to these amendments.
All products listed on this website have been carefully selected by Tipiyou in order to offer you high-quality items. Products are described with the utmost care and in good faith, based on information available to Tipiyou. If, despite all precautions, the product description proves to be incomplete or incorrect, Tipiyou assumes no liability. A defective item is the responsibility of the manufacturer. The products offered are in accordance with Belgian law and are tested and CE certified except for items made by artisan creators, in which case the information is clearly indicated in the product data sheet, so that you are fully aware when ordering these products. Hand-made designer items may contain small defects inherent in this type of manufacturing.
Any foreign user who places an order is deemed to be informed about the conformity of products ordered regarding the laws in force in his or her country. Similarly, Tipiyou cannot be held responsible for misuse of products purchased on the site.
Unless otherwise specified, product prices include VAT, and exclude transport and delivery costs to the buyer.
6. Storage and transport methods
Delivery fees are based on the amount of the order, the country and the shipping method selected by the client. Delivery is only possible for countries which are listed on the website. We reserve the right to amend delivery prices, however, these are always clearly marked on the order confirmation and on the site. Delivery times are not binding but are provided for information purposes only. This period runs from the time Tipiyou receives the payment for the order on its account.

Tipiyou shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery once the order for delivery is submitted to the carrier. Except in the case of intentional delay or due to a failure of Tipiyou, no delay will result in the cancellation of the order or the payment of damages in favour of the buyer. Any incorrect delivery address is the responsibility of the buyer and may result in additional charges.
Liability: If within 7 working days after the package was handed to the carrier/company responsible for the delivery, the purchaser has not yet received the package, the purchaser shall notify Tipiyou in writing (by email or letter) who will carry out the necessary research to locate it.
Tipiyou reserves the right to make partial deliveries. If delivery proves to be longer than 30 days than that indicated on the order confirmation, except in cases of force majeure, the buyer may cancel the purchase and any amounts received by Tipiyou will be refunded without interest or any other form of compensation.
Force majeure: We cannot be held liable for a delay in performance or non-performance of our obligations due to events beyond our normal control, including production interruptions, supply difficulties or shortages of raw materials, labour, energy or transportation, or transportation delays, strikes, lockouts, work stoppages or other collective labour disputes which affect us or our suppliers, even if these events were predictable.
Packaging: The packaging of orders is performed with the utmost care to ensure the original condition of the product. The client undertakes to check the compliance of its order upon receipt. In the interests of ecology, the products can be shipped in recycled packaging.
7. Sales contract.
Any order implies acceptance of our T&Cs. All offers are without obligation. The sales contract is signed between the seller and the buyer when the order confirmation is notified to the client by Tipiyou: either when it appears on the client's screen, or when confirmed by email. It also appears in the client's online account and provides a summary of the terms and conditions of sale: the description and quantity of goods purchased, details of the buyer and seller, the billing address and delivery, the order amount and delivery fees, and the estimated delivery time.
The user agrees that ordering on the site is equivalent to signing a purchase order with any validity that follows. All information related to the products and prices, as well as the detailed order information is compiled and communicated subject to change and correction. Tipiyou reserves the right to refuse an order or to impose supplementary conditions. The buyer shall have to agree on the new terms before the sale can be completed.
8. Property clause
The delivered goods remain the property of Tipiyou until the price is fully and completely paid, including fees and expenses, interest on arrears and allowances. In case of non-payment, we reserve the legal right to repossess the goods, and at the expense of the purchaser.
All products are assumed to be in stock. If this is not the case, the indicative time for restocking is indicated in the product details.
10. Methods of payment

Tipiyou undertakes to use services that guarantee the security of banking information. However, we cannot be held responsible for a flaw in the system whose management and security are handled by Paypal or by the client's bank.
11. Right of cancellation and return
Complaints and wishes to exercise rights of cancellation must be notified to the seller in writing within 14 days after receipt of order in order to be admissible. The buyer shall return the package in its original packaging and with the proper postage within 14 days after notification to the seller, clearly indicating their contact information and ordering data. Returns of defective or incorrect items will be charged to Tipiyou who will fully refund return postage costs. In all other cases, the consumer will return the goods in their original packaging state at their own risk and expense.. Tipiyou reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
12. Guarantee and after-sales service
The legal guarantee of the supplier applies to all products sold by Tipiyou.
Tipiyou shall communicate with the user for confirmation and order tracking, the monitoring of claims, and after-sales service via the email address that was provided by the client when ordering.
Only users who create a client account or register for the newsletter must provide personal information that will allow Tipiyou to ensure the service which is expected.
By placing an order, the buyer expressly agrees to the use of personal data for purposes such as the administration of the client register, managing orders, deliveries and invoices, monitoring solvency, marketing and advertising. Processing for marketing purposes, and individual advertising will only occur on condition that the client has expressly agreed to this during the ordering process.
All this data will be processed in accordance with the law of December 8, 1992 on privacy protection. The user has the right to rectify or delete their data at any time and without charge.
15. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Belgian law applies to all agreements to be concluded between Tipiyou and the user. In case of dispute, only the competent commercial court of Huy (Quai d'Arona 4, 4500 Huy- Belgium) shall have jurisdiction.
